Kaneko Hannosuke is the latest member of a well-established family of Japanese restaurants known for traditional Edo era-style Tempura Tendon specialties. It opened its second franchised location in Canada in the heart of the newly envisioned TABLES food court at The Amazing Brentwood.

The interior design of the eatery harmoniously blends the traditional design elements of Kaneko Hannosuke with the existing scheme of TABLES. This union was achieved by adapting traditional Japanese materials and elements and applying them in a contemporary way by creating linear patterns with wood stripes, adding decorative features with traditional lattice panels in geomatic shapes, and using concrete-style materials for a space that feels modern and clean, yet full of traditional Japanese aesthetics.
